13日,由武钢完成的“冷轧可逆式大张力卷取机研制及应用”项目,通过了由湖北省科技厅组织的科技成果鉴定,此项成果填补了国内空白,达国际先进水平,部分技术指标达国际领先水平。
由武钢研究院与重工集团、硅钢事业部联合研制的新型冷轧可逆式大张力卷取机,设计方案新颖合理,具有钢带卷取无塌陷、折印少、卷取质量和成品率高、运行可靠、使用寿命长、产品适应范围宽的特点,实现了钢带大张力高速卷取,满足薄规格钢带卷取工艺的要求。大张力卷取生产工艺方案的研究,开发了卷筒变形控制、卷简半缩径控制、棱锥轴精密制造工艺等系列技术,提高了设备的制造水平与运行可靠性。
On the 13th, the "Development and Application of Cold Rolling Reversible Large Tension Coiler" project completed by WISCO passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements organized by the Science and Technology Department of Hubei Province. This achievement filled the domestic gap and reached the international advanced level. Technical indicators have reached the international leading level.
The new cold-rolling reversible high-tension coiler, jointly developed by Wuhan Iron and Steel Research Institute, Heavy Industry Group and Silicon Steel Business Unit, has a novel and reasonable design scheme. It has no collapse of steel strips, less folding, high coiling quality and high yield. Reliable operation, long service life, and wide product adaptation range, realize high-speed coil winding with high tension, and meet the requirements of the thin-gauge steel coil winding process. The research on the production process scheme of large tension coiling has developed a series of technologies such as roll deformation control, shrinkage reduction control, and pyramid shaft precision manufacturing technology, which have improved the manufacturing level and operational reliability of the equipment. |
